Thursday, March 1, 2018, Brunei's Malay Technology Museum

This remarkable collection showcases the island’s ancient ways of boat-building, fishing, metallurgy, and gold-smithing.  We gained more insight into Muara’s water villages here after visiting a current village a few hours ago.  The many pictures are self-explanatory; you may get bored but the visit was really interesting and educational to us.  Our tour guide used the term "reverse technology" (meaning we were being exposed to the mechanics of old) as she narrated during our visit.

The doors in the museum are beautiful natural wood.

If you got this far, you may have noticed a few duplicate pictures; please forgive.  Working on the cruise ship's extremely slow Internet with having to load the pictures between other activities makes it a challenge.

For what it's worth.
